Twisted Fairy Tale Readers Theater, 3rd-5th Grades – Wed, April 22, 4:30-6:00

This event is on April 22nd, 2015 at 4:30pm

We are looking for kids who want to laugh and have a ton of fun reading and acting in our Twisted Fairy Tale Readers Theater! The Twisted Fairy Tale this month is: “The Three Little Wolves & the Big Bad Pig” by Eugene Trivizas.  A twisted fairy tale is a traditional story that has been changed to make us laugh at the funny situations and silly characters. And Readers Theater (RT for short!) is where kids perform by reading a script that has been adapted from a story. Our program begins with Miss Vickey  reading the featured fairy tale while the kids have a snack to eat and drink. Then we’ll practice the readers theater script, pick out some props and at 6:00 pm the kids will perform for an audience. Families are encouraged to come to the fun presentation at 6:00 pm. No acting experience   necessary. Registration required; sign up begins April 1st (no kidding!).
