Yoga for Kids, Monday afternoons

Certified yoga instructor, Kristen Thomas, will teach kids ages 4-10 traditional yoga poses by incorporating movement, games, stories and lots of laughs.

They will experience techniques for developing focus, self-esteem, body awareness, de-stressing and self soothing in this yoga class just for them. The practice of stillness and mindfulness will be sprinkled in to help them be better listeners and learners.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you and a small blanket if you have one.

Fee: $5.00 per class. Limited to 20.
