Fitness for Fun—Fitness for Life

Balance, Strength and Toning are very important, especially as we age. In this class, we will use a combination of exercises and hand weights to help strengthen and tone all areas of the body.
Join our new instructor, Paula Papst, Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA, as we combine music with exercise.
This is a fitness class, not an aerobics class and the skill level is designed for 55+. Choose the skill level that is right for you. Please wear comfortable clothes & tennis shoes, and bring a yoga or exercise mat.
Each class is $10.00. Please pay the instructor.
